Hello, I checked all the common things
Pilot on, burner on
But water coming through the taps is lukewarm.
Could this be a thermocouple issue?
Pressure appears to be fine in all the faucets in the house.
I’m really confused. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Yes it does. I have turned off and back on and it fires at all temps.

All taps are only lukewarm?

Do you have a recirc system installed?

If you disconnect a hot water supply line under a sink, is the water coming out hot?

No recirculation that I am aware of. Haven’t disconnected any supply lines yet.

Is your cold water side luke warm as well? If so, you may have a faulty single handle cartridge at one of your faucets. You may need to do some troubleshooting to find the culprit.

Maybe it just didn’t cycle once. When I turned off then back on and it fired up, I checked the drain valve and it was hot? Before it wasn’t... odd

Only have one single handle faucet. Brand new. And cold is cold. Doesn’t makes sense

Thanks for your help.

So is it working fine now?Did you do any work to the heater recently? Also turn off water to heater and open hot taps, you should not get any water coming out .

Check your dip tube under the nipple of the cold side of your water heater. Let us know if you find anything and we can go from there.

Is it hot first and then quickly turn Luke warm? “DIP TUBE”. Luke warm straight away, “GAS VALVE”. Or, you have a cross connection somewhere.
