HOT water

I have a Noritz Nr71-od that has water temp out of faucet at 130 degrees. I have bought a remote so I could lower the temp but it says the temp is set at 110. The problem is 130 is too hot in Central Florida where my "cold" water is 81. Any ideas on why my tankless cant/won't run at set temp, or how i can lower the actual max temp?

Do this and adjust the max temp

I've done that. The max temp was 120, I even lowered it to 115 but temp out of faucet still 130.

There are no other water sources on when checking Temps.
