Delta Warranty

Have to Love these companies that offer Lifetime warranties... Built my house in 2002 and both Master bath faucets are either dripping or leaking from the handles. I was ready to order 4 replacement stems, seats and springs and Delta said they were under their Lifetime Warranty!!! Shipping them out today! Great company!

I recently ordered a cartridge for my shower and had the same, great experience.

Kudos to Delta and their fantastic Customer Service Department!

I AGREE. LOVE THAT WARRANTY
I am surprised they are wanting them shipped back. I have had delta just send me new faucets. quite a few times.

They don't want the old ones back. I meant Delta is shipping them out today. LoL

a friend of mine had a completely rotted out set of Moen kitchen faucets well over 15 years old with non treated well water. They sprung a leak and I contacted Moen for him just to see if they would warranty them and they shipped out a brand new set. Those faucets passed through three owners too!

That's great news. How do I get a warranty replacement unit? I bought mine in about 1996 or 97 and do not have the original receipt. It is a single handle kitchen.

Call them... If they still have the parts available, they will ship them to you. If not, they will discount a new replacement.
