I got a new faucet and began removing the old one. I got the new one in the hole, but now it's time to disconnect the hot and cold water hoses from the old faucet and replace with the new ones attached to the new faucet. Only problem is I can't get them off. I've turned left, I've turned right. Both with a wrench and by hand. I can't seem to find online what kind of fittings these silver things are and how to remove them. Please help! I've attached a picture for identification. I'm scared to turn my house water supply back on until I figure this out. Thanks in advance! 20190901_183539.jpg

You are not going to. This must be a mobile or manufactured home. Those are manufactured combination valve hose supply lines. You will need to turn off the main to the home, cut the pipe off and install new valves that will accept a standard supply tube.

Thank you for your reply. My home is 5 years old but maybe the builders went cheap on plumbing. So are you saying I have to take off the top part that the house attaches to? Do I just go to a hardware store and ask for help with a new combination valve supply tube? Not sure the name of the past I need. I didn't anticipate it would be this complicated to switch out my faucet...

I doubt you will find those exact valves with built-in hose, but you could try. Looks like you have 1/2" CPVC there but I would make sure about that. If it is CPVC you can cut the pipes and glue on new CPVC supply valves and then use regular supply tubes. Working with plastic pipe is pretty easy and simple, just follow the directions for gluing giving it enough time to set before putting the pressure to it.
What about the other end of the existing supply tubes? Can't you just keep the old valves/tubing and screw the tubing onto the new faucet?

Thank you so much for your help David40! I wondered if an adapter existed to allow us to attach the old lines to the new one. The new faucet lines are routed into the great on the other end so I don't think I can remove them...

It’s not cpvc , unless it’s painted. That might be a push on fitting. Turn the water off and see if you can remove the stop.

The picture you posted is showing a one piece assembly consisting of a valve and a hose, which are not made to take apart.
Show a picture of the other end of the hose, which is or was connected to the existing faucet.
Also show a picture of the connections on the new faucet.
