Low water pressure

I have a cheap faucet in the kitchen and it’s getting slower and slower by the day. Problem is, it’s brand new. Well, the guy I bought the house from put it in right before we moved in and said he got it from Home Depot. Even with the aerator off it’s still pretty slow. Any suggestions before I go out and buy a new one? I’d hate to buy a new one and have the same issue.
Also, if it’s time to buy a new one, any cost effect brands or products you recommend that are still decent buys??

Before replacing it, I would check to make sure that the valves below the sink, and/or in the basement are fully open.

Also, if you remove the flex line from the faucet, and run it into a bucket, is it still slow? If so, the faucet is not the problem.

I have rental properties, and I refuse to use anything but Moen faucets. They are simple to work on, and rarely fail. Lifetime guarantee also. I only buy them at plumbing supply houses, since I have heard that the quality of Moen faucets at the big box stores is not as good as the quality at a plumbing supply.
