American standard fill valve

Looking to find out if this valve is adjustable.

It's in an older low profile toilet and the level is too high and water is leaking out around the handle.

I don't see any obvious means to adjust water level.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

that cap may be were the rubber diaphragm is I have change other flush valve brands and the diaphragm was a(fluidmaster #242 disc) I cant tell if that cap raises or lowers the water level you would think there would be arrows to increase or decrease the water level

changing that diaphragm may fix the issue

that fill valve is not a common one you would have to take the numbers off the inside of the tank and bring it to a plumbing supply house home depot/lowes would not carry it
