I know you guys won't believe this but I bought a US Craftsman 50 gal Electric water heater in 1998 and I'm still using it. How? I put a timer on it to run 2 hrs in morning and 2 at night. Anyway, I put a pan under it and it's getting some water build up. I put my finger on the water drain valve and it's coming from there. Can I replace that "plastic" drain valve? I know I should probably just buy a new one but it seems to work perfect other than the little drip every once in a while. What do the masses say?
Thanks for your help.
