This is the entire bathroom, the tub is old, the valve sucks, the toilet is downright nasty, they are "fixing the place up to sell" LOL ..I was called out to reset the toilet because it's falling thru the floor.. Im like the floor board needs to be replaced first.. I said look lady, you need a new bathroom, tub, valve, toilet, vanity $2500, get someone to do the floor and tile, your set.. Hope i get the job
