hi guys just when you think you have everything installed correctly it failed. i tested the shower liner with the water test. well it held a whole 15 min before it started raining in my down stairs living room. yeah not a very happy wife. any ideas what i missed see picture when i lifted the liner up. looks like it didnt hold at the drain. Do i need to install silicone or plumbers putty somewhere. thanks for the help.

Looks like it is leaking from your drain connection. Is that the approved drain for that membrane?

I see a couple of things,

on the drain,,remove the plastic drain piece, UNDER the membrane, AND ABOVE use a thick layer of membrane glue

X-15 16 oz. PVC Bonding Adhesive

buy...http://www.homedepot.com/p/Corner-Dam-for-PVC-Shower-Pan-Liner-41602/100137302?cm_mmc=Shopping%7cTHD%7cG%7c0%7cG-BASE-PLA-D26P-Plumbing%7c&gclid=CLHg19qY6s4CFQaSaQodonELvw&gclsrc=aw.ds

learn a pig ear fold

use the adhesive under the liner at drain and above the membrane
