Zurn 1900 Floor Sink Install

Hello all. I am in the process of opening a brewery and we are installing a floor sink for our wash sinks for glass ware. I have never installed a floor sink and am lost. I have looked high and low and haven't' found anything on install other then the basic stuff from Zurn. How do i connect the sink to a 4" PVC pipe? The sink i have which is supposed to be for a 4" Pipe connection is significantly larger diameter than the 4" pipe. Would a simple furnco reducer work or do i need something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
