Help with shower valve cartridge replacement

Hello, I have a shower valve cartridge I need to replace in the Bahamas. Any parts I need to ship in. The only info I have is it is a a Indiana brass, and the single valve goes up and left and right, hope the pics help. Thanks, Brad

i dont see any pictures, if its a cartridge, buy a cartridge puller, might come in handy
