Trying to figure out an ongoing sewer gas problem that appears to be coming from INSIDE of my toilet bowl.

Today I put my camera dongle down the toilet, and up through the P trap area. In the video, you're looking down after the p-trap seal. I am no professional, but this looks like water seeping through a crack and dripping down.

Maybe my toilet p-trap is losing water from a crack, and the gases are coming up?

I also considered that this drip might be coming from the toilet tank, but I never hear it refill itself, so i doubt it's losing water.
I let the camera sit for twenty minutes and came back, and saw its still dripping.

Thanks.

if the water in the bowl is low, as shown in the 1st picture, you could be correct.

it find out if the water is leaking out of the bowl onto the floor.
pour a bottle of red food color die into the bowl watch the floor for redness
