In the middle of our pool deck stood the water slide and when the slide broke we tossed it. Now we have a PVC water spigot sticking up in the middle of the concrete. Is there a way to cap it, (Water still flows) without tearing up all the concrete? Maybe grind it down below concrete level and plug it securely with something?thanks [email protected]

Can you cut the PVC line where it enters the concrete, away from the deck? This way, you could just cut the PVC below ground, then fill the hole with a concrete epoxy.
