Tub taps still leaking after seal change

Hi,
I changed both the cold and hot taps on my tub and it is still leaking. If I really turn the handle hard on the hot the leak stops, but then I have a hard time opening the tap to use it. Did I do some thing wrong when I put everything back together?

You may have to replace the seats.

Always replace the seats too.

It could be the seats like mentioned above but where are both taps leaking from?

The leak is coming from the faucet still.

Will I need any special tools to change the seats?

You need a seat wrench along with the seats for your make and model faucet.
