Hello, would appreciate help on the following:

My shower faucet is leaking. I managed to get behind the knobs, but it doesn't have the typical washer to replace. I've attached pics of the assembly. Can anyone identify it and suggest if it's reparable or not.

No, I couldn't find any identifying features.
 
There should be a replacement cartridge for whatever faucet it is. Try taking it to a home improvement store so it can be matched up.

Mr. David, are those the standard Delta cups and springs that are found on their kitchen and lav faucets?

Maybe. I think delta had 2 types of cups and springs. you can see the difference in the 2. the other one has a straight & longer spring. and the cup is a little longer. But most likely the same cup and spring as in the faucets
 
It was the Delta cartridge with a spacer. The problem turned out to be the washer and spring, which had worn down a lot. Thanks Mr_David.
