I have a toilet on my second floor, 99% of the time when it's flushed I can hear from my first floor, right below the toilet and sound like dripping water. The feeling is that there is leaking somewhere but not serious. only around 10+ drippings start when flushing almost complete.

Today I removed the toilet completely, and I can see the black pipe under the toilet as shown in picture below.

it is normal or it is broken and leaking?

If possible, take a pic a bit farther back, so we know exactly what we are looking at.

A failed wax seal is a more likely cause of leakage directly below a toilet.. What I see in that picture looks okay. You can often hear water dripping inside the plastic pipe. Sometimes the pipe will make a tick sound as it expands and contracts because it is tight against some wood.

Is it just me, or does it look like the pipe is separated in there?

OK. So its not just me. I'm going to guess that it is broken.
