Shower stem valve

You are replacing the valve on the hot water stem? Please clarify.
Won't turn, doesn't budge. What doesn't turn? The valve? The threads to replace it?
And everything and nothing. Have you tried PB Blaster? You may need to use two wrenches, one pulling and the other pushing, in order to remove the threaded on valve. Are you sure it is threaded and not soldered?
