Know anything about fin-type hot water radiators?

I need to replace an older Trane hot water fin-type radiator. I have a gas boiler. The previous owner removed the radiator because it leaked and he got rid of it. I haven't been able to find a source for a replacement radiator. The picture is of the identical radiator in the other room.

Any ideas about what I could do? Could I replace it with a long stretch of hot water baseboard? I've seen a brand of wall mounted radiators called myson online but am not sure that they would be compatible. Any information or advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

There called convectors. If you have the cabinet the fined sections are still available.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have the original cabinet. Thanks for the info about replacement components being available, that will help if I need to replace the other units.

Would it be ok to add hot water baseboard heaters in my system that has all convectors?

Yes you can but keep in mind that baseboard has less of an output then your convectors. Do a heat loss on the rooms your planning to do this in. Hot water baseboard has a 560 BTU output per ft.
