Noise from pipes

There is a noise coming from my pipes and I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me what the issue is just from the pipes.

I just bought the house and it had been winterized. The water also hasn't been on since November of last year.

Turn the water off to the toilet then turn the lav faucet on & off to see if the noise is still present. Do you have a pressure reducing valve ?

make sure shut-off valves are open all the way under each fixture. and as ifixh20 stated check the pressure to house and see if you have a regulator

He is having problems with his water lines not the waste line. How would you get a camera in a 3/4" water line?
