So I discovered a puddle underneath my kitchen sink. The drain looks fine. It appears as if the leak is emanating from somewhere in the faucet enclosure. Look at all of the rust. When I run the faucet there is a very slow drip that runs down the flexible metal hose. Water drips off of the weight. Should I look to replace a washer or just replace the whole assembly. Moen? So much for "buy it for life".

Pull the spray head out and run the faucet, see if it is dripping from the connection between the flexible hose and the spray head. If so, there is a little washer in there that can be replaced.

Call Moen and tell them that the faucet has leaked through the body causing the supply lines and mounting hardware to corrode and the mounting hardware is falling apart. Moen may send you a new faucet.
