I have heard that we can clean drain with Baking Soda and Vinegar, So I really want to know that is it possible?
Is it possible to clean Drains With Baking Soda and Vinegar?

If it were possible then myself and many others have spent a lot of money on drain cleaning equipment for nothing. Snaking the line is the only sure way to clear a stoppage.
I have heard pigs can fly, but i havent saw one yet.

I agree with John.. And too much with Matt... 
The only thing it will do is waste vinegar and baking soda and delay you calling the plumber you will have to eventually call.
I have heard stories that using the combination of the two will make the drains smell better, but won't do much good for cleaning the pipes.
