Just a quick question I have a granfos 3 bar shower pump and the outlet is 22mm and I have a shower valve thats 15mm I was just wondering where the best place to fit the reducer fitting is it best close to the pump or close to the shower valve or doesn't it matter. Sorry if its a bit of a newbie question

Place the reducer close to the pump but leave enough room for mistakes or later repairs to the piping.
