Default help identify shower valve/trim

I'm trying to change from chrome to brushed nickel but this seems to be an odd manufacturer. It also has a weird screw-on type shower arm flange. cartridge is fine just need the trim kit - any ideas?

Thanks,
Paul

Locally I get Pro Flo items from Ferguson Supply. You may have one in your area where they can order a trim kit or may have one in stock.

or Pro Flo has a store locator on their site

thanks - I went to Ferguson 1st but they couldn't ID it from my pics. Maybe I'll have better luck now that I know it is a ProFlo.
