Default Outdoor faucet part obsolete?

Hi all, I'm trying to replace a valve stem to an outdoor faucet that leaks (the handle just keeps turning when shutting the water off). So I unscrewed the nut that fastens it to the faucet (not the packing nut). I thought I could pick up another unit but i can't find it anywhere. Attached is a pic of what I'm looking for. Any help would be great!

The odds are very slim that you will find the part your looking for. There a many manufactures that make that type valve. Even if you find the right manufacture it still may not fit as the change design quite often. Change the entire valve you will be far better off.
