Im frustrated with a slow drip/leak on the bypass valve on a water softener I installed. I opted to separately purchase the metal bypass valve and not use the plastic one that came with the Fleck Softener. Ive tried twice and still get a slow leak where the threaded brass fitting screws into the bypass valve.
