We have a two week old faucet with a problem:(

It pushes up and down and leaks out the back:(

I have the installation manual, but it doesn't have disassembly instructions:

I also have an exploded view, but it doesn't even give a name to the parts:(

Anybody taken one apart? Is 15 (exploded view) a nut which pulls the upper part down and secures it?

Thanks

To fix this, you do not have to remove the faucet. At the back, you will notice a small hole plug, which is where the it is leaking. Pry it out with a small knife. It will reveal a 2mm allen set screw.

Turn it out a couple of turns, then work the upper part of the faucet back into the lower half.

Screw in the set screw carefully, it is small! Find its bottom while carefully turning the upper faucet left and right to help feel its bottom. When you are happy it is bottomed turn it out 1/2 a turn and replace the hole plug.

Be careful the hole plug and the set screw are very small and you don't want them to be lost down the sink drain.

Hope this helps someone.
