Hello,

I am doing a redesign of a simple DWV where I am now exiting the building foundation from the other side of where I originally planned. Originally, I had the kitchen sink as the fixture that was furthest upstream. Now my kitchen sink is the last fixture (furthest downstream) before the lateral. Is this going to be a problem? I am hoping this won't be a problem as long as the venting is up to code. I was just curious about sewer gases as waste flows past the branch to the kitchen sink.

Thanks.
