I need to cut some straight pipe to get my rough in from ~14" to 12". How nasty is that pipe gonna be?

I'd just buy a new piece but my plumbing shop only sells 10' runs.

you can buy a 14'' rough toilet bowl

either rent a cast iron ratchet cutter

or cut it with a grinder using a cut off blade

full face shield, surgical mask and leather gloves

Frodo, not that many options in 14" rough in.

Will cut it with the grinder. Thanks.

Right flush and one piece toilet - not a lot of options in 14"

But..... I was wrong with my triple thick wallboard plus 1/2" for tile and thinset I will be at 12" roughed in.

The condo requires triple thick walls between units.
