I have a boiler system with 2 registers not getting flow, I am told it's a passive system that will not flow to these if they are plugged. The propane guy says big job to start replacing pipes, but I'm thinking these valves are flow control and I can force pressure into the plugged registers by closing off the rest of the loop.
