Hi all. I have a leaking faucet that I'm not sure how to fix. It's in the basement sink that the washing machine drains into. I don't see any screws on the faucet, and I've tried seeing if the round piece with the "C" and "H" on it would pop off, but no luck.

Took a pic of the brand name - I couldn't quite make out the first word but a google search of "serv sink" turned up fiat service sink, so that's probably it. It looks like the sink doesn't come with a faucet, so I guess this faucet was added on. I'm not sure how to fix this - do I need to replace the whole faucet (if so, how do I get it off) or is there another approach I'm missing?

Thanks!
