Hello, I have a whirlpool tub with a leaky cold water faucet. The tub is made by American Standard. But after a month of going back and forth with AS, they informed me that the faucet is not one of their models. The house was built in 2011, so the faucet should be fairly new.
Note that the valve is on top near the handle and the plastic stem is below the valve. The water goes up the stem into the valve. There is a small crack on the bottom of the stem, causing the slow leak.
Any help in identifying the manufacturer and/or parts would be greatly appreciated.
