Default (((Need ID on faucet)))

Setting up new faucets for water treatment in my building. I want to replace the current faucet with the same style as in my other water treatment room at our other building. Iíve searched high and low but have come up empty.

If anyone can identify this brand or even a SKU or something close, I would appreciate it.

Thank you!
