We had tankless water installed along with 6 gal electric tank, shower screen filters were clogging with a blueish material that we first thought was from flux, (new, 5 bath, 5100 sg ft house). water when we bypassed tank the shower screens were clear. I emptied the tank and alot of clear/blueish tint gel came out, we have never encountered this any suggestion or coments would be appreciated.

Than you

Blue gel is usually the result of a deteriorating anode rod in your tank. which is confusing because if i am reading you right you just said that it was a new install, anode rods usually last at least 4-6 years.
