I just had a home inspection done and the inspector noted the following for the a condensate drain over the washing machine nozzle. What would be the best solution for this? What are the costs? and does it seem to be leaking? I read online that it shouldn't leak, but the nozzle looks fairly corroded like it has.

Is this a primary or secondary condensate line? If this is a primary, a couple of 90's will move it over, away from the valve, so it can drop right into the drain hole. If this is a secondary condensate, it is there to tell you that your main condensate line is not working correctly.
