How to remove the handle of this faucet

Hi,

My bathroom's faucet started to leak slowly. I know I need to replace the washer or o-ring inside. The problem is that I don't know how to remove the handle of this particular faucet. I looked around and didn't find the hidden screw holding the handle. I appreciate any help.

Can you post a close-up picture of that?
Does the entire handle turn a one piece?
Or does the lower part just above the base remain in some position as you turn handle.
You may need to hold handle and turn lower part independently.
