hey, i have been finding alot of these backwater valves causing back ups in the sewer lines due to the flappers getting hard and sticking, if i fix the issue all i would need is the flapper and bottom piece, no need to pay the $230 for the entire set up... anyone know if i can just buy the piece i need..
