I've got this kitchen faucet that is slowly leaking water out the top and I'm thinking it just needs a cartridge, or something, replaced inside but I can't figure out how to take it apart. I also can't find any markings anywhere on it to tell me what kind of faucet it is.

Can someone please give me some advice on how to take it apart and also if they have any idea on what kind of faucet it is? Thanks in advance!

I'm also attaching some files which will hopefully help.

Looks like a Graff Faucet . Look up Graff G-4120. The G-4120 is discontinued but the Graff web site should a breakdown of the faucet for parts.

That's it! I called the company and they are sending me a new cartridge and repair kit for free. Thank you very much for the help.
