Hi,

I have a Taco circulator 007-F5 connected with a Taco Flo-Chek valve 219-4 on a furnace which supplies both heat and hot water. Now even without the heating zone calling for heat the hot water still flows through the circulator and the valve. The Flo-Chek valve is mounted horizontally. Another heating zone with similar setup works. Which part could be broken? The valve or the circulator?

Thanks for help!

Regards,

Tom

can you give a little more detail as to the piping configuration of your system.

most systems only 1 taco pump is used,,

the thermostat should tell the zone valve to open or close,

sounds like the ck valve is stuck open or installed backwards

Thanks for reply. There is no zone valve. The diagram is attached.
