Rubbed anyone the wrong way lately? I have found with work getting busier I get grumpier. Is it too much to ask people to show up and work? Work at 7am doesn't mean show up at 7:05 and stroll into work, that means your ass better be working at 7:01.
Don't be so demanding, or expect so much. That way, you won't be let down so often.
