low water level in the toilet bowl

Hi fellows,

I have a wall outlet floor mounted toilet and the level of water in the bowl is very lows.

What can be the reason?:confused:
 
Some toilets are designed to keep more water in the bowl than others.

Immediately after you flush it, the water level will be very low, but then as the tank refills, the water level in the bowl will rise as well. Is this happening?
 
yeah, i think that is the problem coz when i checked i didn't find any tube installed.

I think i have a different mecanisme that has no refill tube.
