PEX (Plastic Pipe Institute Guideline) - 1/2" and 3/4" have 0.475" and 0.671" IDs. Frictional losses @ 2 GPM are 6.1 psi and 1.2 psi per 100 feet. The C factor is 150 and stays constant.

yes if you replace 1/2" with 3/4" you will have more volume. [note] the type of valve you use is a large factor. use a gate valve not a globe.
ask for a 3/4" "full port" hose bib ball valve , they are more expensive.
but give you more volume.

typical, globe valve

^^What he said. I repiped a house awhile back, and several of the hosebibs I could only get 1/2" down the wall. I used a 1/2" full port ball valve hose bib, and I am very pleasantly surprised by how much water I can get out of them. Not as much as out of the 3/4" full port ball valve hose bib fed by 3/4" L type copper, but still impressive.
