Hi. First of all: I know very little about plumbing. I prefer to do things myself if I can, but I still work by looking things up on YouTube as I do them. Please feel free to assume I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything about anything!
I have a very old claw foot tub, and it's set up with a shower head and everything. However, the diverter in the faucet has been getting worse and worse, and I recently bought a new faucet to replace it.
I looked up some YouTube videos for how to do this on a claw foot tub, but I can't get past step one of anything I'm finding, because step one is always to turn the knobs on the pipes going to the faucet in order to shut off the water supply. I have no such knobs. This is what I have:
What should I do with that?
