Need to move basement toilet drain 5 inches

I've attached the picture of what is going on.

Basically the center of the pipe is 5 to 7 inches from the wall.

I need 12. Basically, where the tape measure in the picture is how far the pipe needs to be.

I've looked into getting a 3 inch toilet flange that has a 45 degree. This can work but the opening goes down to 2 to 2.5 at bend. I assume that would promote clogging.

What are some good options?

cut the 90 by the 3x2 ream out the 3inch the go to a 3 inch street 45 over to were u want it with a 90 facing up to were the toilet is going to go
