Need help identifying shower valve brand

Hi everyone,

I recently had a contractor quit in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Our contract called for Moen or Delta hardware and he installed an Onyx panel in front of the shower valve. The trouble is, he didn't leave the remainder of the shower parts and I'm left to finish it. We've searched and searched to identify what this is and can't figure out the brand. Without a further break, we may have to remove the Onyx and replace.

Can you identify the make and possibly the model?

Solved.

The brand is Tuscany which appears to be a "house brand" from a large midwestern hardware retailer.

I thought I would post this in case it becomes helpful for anyone in the future.

I would have thought of moen
