Simply remove the nuts holding the stems in place, take out the stems and bring them to your plumbing supply store to match up by sight.

I'm not home right now...just wondering if anyone knows by sight.

Geez man, I already told you. The assembled faucet you show in your picture looks like a million different faucets. Yes, a million. The difference is in the insides (stems). You basically have shown us a picture of a chocolate from a mixed box and asked what is inside. It does not matter in the least at this point what brand it is because the only thing that matters, even if you know the brand name, is what the stems look like. Actually disassemble the faucet and bring the parts to the store for comparison.

They look like Delta cartridges. But as SHR said, you will need to shut the water off at the supply stops under the sink, remove the nuts and pull it out to be sure.
Wiping off the faucet surface you may see an imprint of the manufacturer on the front or back of the chrome finish.
