Default Need to move basement toilet drain 5 inches

I've attached the picture of what is going on.

Basically the center of the pipe is 5 to 7 inches from the wall.

I need 12. Basically, where the tape measure in the picture is how far the pipe needs to be.

I've looked into getting a 3 inch toilet flange that has a 45 degree. This can work but the opening goes down to 2 to 2.5 at bend. I assume that would promote clogging.

What are some good options?

Thanks.

Push the wall back, which is a way better solution than a 45 degree toilet flange.
