When the sink runs upstairs I can hear a drip somewhere in the wall. Can't find any water at the base of the wall or in the basement but I think its a drip. What can I do besides breaking up the wall? I can't even tell exactly where it is.
 
Gonna presume it's plastic pipe in walls. common thing is when pipe expands an contracts it is tight against wood at some point and it ticks a little as it moves. Water reveals it self rather quickly if it is actually leaking and you rarely hear it dripping.
