I'm looking for this particular part. I have no idea what brand it is. Any information will be much appreciated. The photos are attached. Thanks

You may have only pulled half of the cartridge out. You might have to trim the fiberglass to remove the with plate behind the fiberglass.
That type of plate is meant as a guide for tile and they made the hole in FG to small.
This could be what you have.

It is close but not the same. Do you think it's this brand just a different cartridge or a totally different brand. Thanks again for the help
 
trim the FG and maybe that tile plate underneath has a name on it .
