Which one...from the 70's, or a newer version? I've always been intrigued with B and C. I remember for years, they had their death car on display at Stateline, Nevada, inside one of the casinos. Pretty cool!

There are many types and brands of wax rings. I usually pick up the Fluidmaster wax ring with the built in flange. I feel as if there is a better chance of setting the toilet in one shot, with no leaks. I would think your mom would appreciate anything you do to help her with looks and comfort. Tell her to give you some money and go out yourself and pick something up.

Thanks!
I was planning to get one with a gasket flange but didn't know if some companies used subpar materials or wax that sucked or something. I think a wax seal from Coburn's is what is under the one in my mother's bathroom.

I almost laughed out loud at the thought of my mom and appreciating something. She is one of the most unappreciative people I've ever met. Someone could go through great effort to make her something and if it wasn't perfect or she didn't like it she would tell them how horrible they were. Like one time I got her a burger from Burger King but I hadn't ever ordered one for her from there before so I got it just the way she likes it at McDonalds. I mistakenly thought she would appreciate it. Not only did she not appreciate it, but she called me an "inconsiderate b****", threw the burger on the floor and stomped on it. Apparently she liked her burger king burgers with different condiments. It's actually rather hilarious in retrospect.

So, she will have to be involved in the floor selection process.

Well, thought I'd join in on the fun here... even though my day was a typical boring one lol... Thus far, got up at 5:15 this a.m. and went to work for my last day of my 2 week classroom training schedule at my new job. All in all had a good day since we were actually out of the class by 9am and I spent the rest of the day working in the store room doing some inventory and mostly running deliveries throughout the plant.

Now, here I sit again, doing more research on my near-future project of replumbing my entire house using a PEX manifold system while my two oldest boys are hogging the new nintendo WiiU that their mom got for her b-day.. lol

Here at Levine & Sons Plumbing, we hosted a charity event to raise money for dogs. Great event! We had a ton of other local plumbers their supporting us, contributing to our $5,000 raised!

Nice model 94 Chris! I got a marlin 336 a few years back (not to be confused with the junk 336W sold at Walmart lol) amongst my mass array of other firearms.. I'm a collector of all things knife and firearm related

Good deal man. Did you ever find a good CCW yet? I noticed the reply about wanting a .45 for CCW and if ya haven't found one yet, I can tell you, I carry a Taurus Millennium Pro PT-145 and it is an incredible ccw.. nice compact size, ridiculously low recoil (my S&W M&P compact 9mm has more recoil than that taurus) only downfall is, they quit manufacturing it around 2yrs ago but some new-old stock can still be found as well as very nice displays of used ones..

Anyhow, sorry to get this thread sidetracked on this topic....wait, no I'm not! lmao

oh and, FWIW, I don't have a current list on this computer of my collection, but as far as counts go, rifles I'm in the neighborhood of 75, shotguns 20, and handguns between my wife and I is also around 20. Everything from a new (this summer) 300 WinMag clear to an 1873 flintlock rifle.

*edit* to anyone out there who's considering starting into this type of collecting, be forewarned, it is an ADDICTION!! lmao

Hay, today I found out I am officially divorced! It only cost me one gun out of my collection!

Well, running with an assumption here, but congratulations lol. hopefully it wont take ya long to replace said gun, after that then you can worry about replacing the ex-wife lmao

What about the house, jeeps and other crap.

And gongrats!

I took it in the shorts but still I got to keep the Lexus, the Jimmy, both jeeps, both boats, both golf carts, the Harley, quad, the Havasu house and most important...my father's inheritance. She also has to get a loan and give me a chunk of money, but she walks away with my house that I sweat blood for the last 25 years. She also got 1/2 of my pension for the rest of her life.

At least most of the headache is gone.
