Kitchen Sink Hot Water Low Pressure

I replaced my undersink water filter which runs off of my cold water. For replacement I turned off both the hot water and cold water valves under the sink. When I turned the water back on I lost all pressure in the hot water.

I tested all other hot water faucets in the house and all are OK. I tested the aerator, not clogged OK. I disconnected the hot water connect from under the sink to the faucet and turned the water on and nothing came out. Which leads me to believe it is not a problem from under the sink to the faucet.

What should I do next?

Replace or repair the valve under the sink.

Thanks for the response, John. I took the hot water pipe valve off from under the sink, a little sediment came out but the pressure is still low.

What next?

Turn the main water off then remove the stems on the valves under the sink and check for obstructions in the valves.
